The job profile for this position is Software Engineering Advisor, which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role with Accredo Health Group, Inc.ResponsibilitiesDesign scalable and robust software to support 340B drug pricing program needs.Produce performance monitoring designs.Write clean, well-documented code.Contribute to project planning, estimation, and delivery timelines.Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards.Analyze complex 340B business logic, identifying technical challenges and developing effective solutions that adhere to 340B rules and meet program requirements.Work closely with cross-functional team members including product managers, infrastructure engineers, and SQA engineers.Perform analysis of, design, and develop EDI solutions.Stay up to date on emerging technologies and evaluate new tools and platforms that improve development processes.Hybrid work schedule available.Base annual salary: $135,699.QualificationsRequires at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer & Information Systems, or a related field, as well as 2 years of IT experience designing and implementing 340B solutions. Must have experience with object-oriented design and development, constructing data models for 340B objects, designing performance monitoring solutions, and implementing software design patterns relevant to 340B solutions. Additionally, experience with distributed systems capable of at least 150M transactions per day, relational and NoSQL databases, unit and integration testing, debugging, and designing EDI solutions for healthcare exchanges is required. Candidates should understand 340B program requirements and have experience with tools and technologies including Go, C#, JavaScript, Angular, React, MongoDB, MySQL, Tableau, microservices, and AWS cloud architecture.For remote work, a broadband internet connection of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload is required.
