***Must Have Construction Experience*** Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist – What You’ll Do Own all AP/AR processes for our Texas entity

Set up accounting systems and ensure U.S. compliance

Process invoices, expense reports, and payment runs

Handle billing, collections, and reconciliations

Align with month-end close and global reporting calendars

Prepare documentation for audits and support financial reporting

Contribute to the setup of scalable accounting practices as we grow Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist – What You Bring Experience in both accounts payable and receivable functions in the Construction Industry

Strong understanding of U.S. accounting standards and tax compliance

Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems

Proven track record working independently in high-growth or startup environments
