Administrative Assistant - Construction Office
The Administrative Assistant works closely with other Administrators and field personnel to organize files, payroll data entry, and prepare reports and documents.
Pay: Starts at a minimum of $18.00/Hour, negotiable with experience
Hours: Monday - Friday,8:00am - 5:00pm

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Purchase Orders
Jobvite-Print Out Resumes & Set Up Interviews
Equifax-Onboarding of New Employees
Keep Fleet/Logs Updated on Tags/Registrations/Weights of Vehicles/etc.
NC 811 Locate Tickets
Billings
Expense Reports
Answering Phones
Record Keeping / Filing
General Office Duties
Accepting Deliveries and Mail Sorting
Minimum Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Spectrum a plus
Background in smart sheet a plus
Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information
Fleet experience preferred but not required
Must be able to communicate with others
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years of experience in either construction or utilities industries
Pre-Screen

License & Certifications:
Driver's Licenserequired
