Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment is working with a construction company in Central Phoenix. This organization is in search of an administrative assistant to join their team on a full time basis. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. You must have previous construction industry experience to be considered. The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to project managers, field staff, and office leadership. This is a fully onsite role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries Maintain project files, subcontractor records, and jobsite documentation Assist with bid preparation, contract documentation, and permitting processes Support project scheduling, job tracking, and material orders Coordinate with vendors, clients, and subcontractors Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and supply ordering Assist with payroll time tracking and invoice processing as needed Requirements: 2+ years of administrative experience in the construction industry (required) Strong understanding of construction terminology, documents, and workflows Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) is a plus Excellent communication and multitasking skills High level of reliability and professionalism Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required If you are interested, please apply now!
Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
