120–150K base + bonus (DOE)
Locations: Remote – Based in TX, FL, GA, NC, IL, or nearby regional hub (Travel Required)

Position Overview
You’ll lead a defined territory across multiple states — and you’ll own it.
This role is built for someone who knows how to drive results through independent reps . Someone who’s managed agency partners, enforced staffing plans, grown retail showroom accounts, and isn't afraid to be hands-on in the field.
We’re not looking for passive leadership. We’re looking for a strategic field builder who can scale coverage, optimize rep performance, and drive measurable territory growth.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ve led sales agencies that sell to retail showrooms in construction or home improvement
You’ve built territory coverage plans with clear rep staffing, call expectations, and performance metrics
You’ve expanded showroom market share through field enablement and accountability
You lead through influence — but don’t shy away from direct conversations
You’ve built dealer loyalty, agency trust, and sales pipelines that deliver
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute a territory growth plan with agency staffing and rep call coverage at its core
Ensure every region is covered — staffed right, serviced consistently, and producing results
Lead all agency partnerships — goal-setting, coaching, real-time feedback
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews with agency owners and rep teams
Partner with reps on field visits, showroom support, and dealer growth+
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, ops, customer service) to remove friction and enable execution
Deploy internal resources (e.g., BDRs, product trainers) to drive territory performance
Lead rep onboarding and development — close capability gaps, fast
Oversee and align incentive programs to drive showroom sales and market share
Qualifications
5+ years managing independent reps, sales agencies, or territory development
Experience in retail showroom sales within the construction/home improvement trade
Proven ability to scale a territory through rep staffing and coverage optimization
Data-driven — you track KPIs, coach to outcomes, and know how to course-correct
Strong communicator, organized operator, and field-led leader
Must-Haves
Experience managing agencies that sell into retail showrooms
Territory planning and agency performance management experience
Track record of driving sales growth in construction/home improvement products
Comfortable traveling regionally and leading from the field
