*Job Description*

*New Construction Plumbers: Rough-In, Trim, Groundwork* * Residential work, single and multifamily homes * Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems * Cut, assemble and install pipes with attention to existing infrastructure * Install and maintain water supply systems * Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems * Drilling, use of power tools, installation of bathtubs, showers

*Service Plumbers* * Residential work, single and multifamily homes * Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems * Cut, assemble and install pipes with attention to existing infrastructure * Install and maintain water supply systems * Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems * Drilling, use of power tools, installation of bathtubs, showers * Drain cleaning, fixture repair and replacements, water heaters, troubleshooting, leak detection, cable machines, hydro jetting, boiler tech * After hours and weekend jobs as scheduled

*Skills and Requirements* * Apprentice Plumber license * Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings * Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.) * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Able to lift up at least 40 pounds * Comfortable on ladders and in crawl spaces
