Job Overview EverLine Coatings and Services of the Lowcountry is seeking a hard-working, detail-oriented Asphalt Construction Laborer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, field-based role involving line painting, seal coating, asphalt crack filling, and power washing. Key Responsibilities- Operate pavement maintenance equipment for line painting, seal coating, crack filling, and power washing.- Deliver high-quality workmanship on each project, ensuring client satisfaction.- Maintain a clean and safe job site; uphold all safety protocols.- Communicate job progress daily to the Operations Manager.- Adapt to various site conditions and project requirements.- Perform other related duties as needed to support the crew and company goals.

Qualifications- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.- Authorization to work in the Experience working outdoors or in construction-related roles (asphalt or exterior painting a plus).- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.- Physically fit and able to lift up to 75 lbs, bend, kneel, and walk throughout shifts.- Self-motivated and dependable; able to work independently with minimal supervision.- Must be comfortable with flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends.- Military veterans encouraged to apply-thank you for your service!

Schedule- Full-Time: 40+ hours per week.- Typical hours: Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend work and fewer than 2 nights/month overnight travel.- We always strive to provide 2 days off per week.

Location- Service area of Charleston to Savannah.- Travel to project sites will be done in company vehicles.
