Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance functions * Lead process improvements across accounting operations * Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning * Manage audits and ensure GAAP compliance * Utilize Sage Intacct to drive accuracy and efficiency in reporting

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA preferred but not required * 7–10 years of accounting experience within the commercial construction sector * Proficiency in Sage Intacct is required * Strong technical accounting skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset * Highly process-driven with a strong sense of accountability and curiosity
