ASSISTANT CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER The Assistant Project Manger role consists of supporting field operations in the high-end residential construction environment. Daily scope may include but are not limited to permit procurement, construction schedule editing (Microsoft Project), field logistic support, material handling, contract draft/review with project manager, close out document processing, subcontractor monthly pay application processing, lien waiver processing, and other Project Manger support roles. Job specific scope includes Produce schedule updates (Microsoft Project), performance follow up, jobsite safety (Weekly Safety Meetings), OSHA compliance, quality control of work performed onsite, Etc.
Maintain project turn over schedules. Help expedite challenged subcontractors.
Communicate Project awareness with senior Project Manager.
Validate sub-contractors are performing per contract and plan compliance.
Track all submittals, owner requested changes, subcontractor change orders, and monthly pay applications through project management software.
Produce weekly "Work in Progress" reports.
Maintain company assets and allocations to managed projects
Material Procurement for self performed scopes on jobsite
