Assistant Project Manager

Support Project Managers in day-to-day operations on custom residential projects averaging $1.8M. Assist with project documentation, coordination, scheduling, subcontractor communication, and procurement. Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Work onsite and in-office, collaborating closely with clients, PMs, and subcontractors.

0-2+ years of relevant experience (construction degree preferred). Experience with residential construction preferred; open to candidates with commercial construction backgrounds, especially those familiar with structured processes and documentation. Strong communication and organizational skills. Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; Buildertrend experience a plus (but not required).

Salary Range: $60,000-$85,000 depending on experience. Healthcare, short & long-term disability. IRA & 401(k) plan. Paid holidays & vacation. Company vehicle or allowance. Potential $5,000 relocation assistance.
