Job Summary:

The Assistant Project Manager will support the coordination and management of multiple projects; working with several Project Managers throughout the day.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

Ability to direct work with all field employees when necessary.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Works directly with the project managers to help implement project goals.

Assigns duties to staff to implement project goals, as needed.

Oversees multiple aspects of projects and provides direct assistance to ensure timely project execution.

Reviews, approves and manages submittals.

Works with project leads to maintain project schedule and efficacy.

Reviews project implementation and gathers data on project execution.

Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.

Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.

Tracks and reports on project progress.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Electrical experience

At least three years of related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Experience:

Project management: 3 years ()

Experience with Electrical Construction required.
