A specialized construction team focused on cleanrooms and controlled environments is hiring an Assistant Project Manager (or Project Engineer) to support ongoing technical projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
· Assist senior project managers in planning, execution, and documentation of active construction projects
· Coordinate submittals, RFIs, vendor communications, and project records
· Lead material and equipment tracking through procurement workflows
· Support cost control, scheduling, and quality compliance
· Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, designers, and superintendents
· Monitor safety standards and contribute to QA/QC and risk mitigation plans
· Help drive continuous improvement in project systems and reporting tools
Required Qualifications
· 1 to 3 years of experience in construction project coordination, engineering, or field operations
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and document management
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Understanding of procurement processes and construction documentation
· Bachelor’s degree preferred (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field)
· Must be local to Cincinnati or open to relocation
Preferred Skills
· Experience with Procore or other project management tools
· Exposure to cleanroom, modular, or technical buildout projects
· Familiarity with construction QA/QC standards and subcontractor management
· Interest in career growth toward project manager or technical lead
