We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Superintendent to join a top-tier construction team delivering large-scale multifamily projects across the DC/MD/VA region. The Assistant Super - Multifamily Construction | Arlington will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Superintendent in overseeing daily field operations on active multifamily job sites
• Coordinating subcontractors, materials, and inspections to keep projects on schedule and up to standard
• Enforcing job site safety and maintaining a clean, well-organized work environment
• Assisting with scheduling, quality control, and project documentation
• Communicating with internal teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to ensure project success

The Assistant Super - Multifamily Construction | Arlington will have:

• 3-5 years of construction experience, ideally with a focus on multifamily or commercial projects
• Hands-on knowledge of wood frame construction, with exposure to concrete and steel methods
• Experience working on large-scale projects ranging from $60M to $200M is highly preferred
• Background in multifamily construction, with additional experience in student housing or senior living projects
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and related documents
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred

The Assistant Super - Multifamily Construction | Arlington will receive:

• Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $95,000
• Annual performance bonus of 10-15%
