Job Description

• Assist the Lead Superintendent in managing daily on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain workflow.
• Monitor project schedules, safety compliance, and quality standards.
• Help conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and progress reporting.
• Support the resolution of field issues and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with punch list completion.

The Successful Applicant

• 2-5 years of experience in multifamily or commercial construction.
• Familiarity with construction processes, safety protocols, and scheduling.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow into a leadership role.
• Experience with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) is a plus.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
