We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lateral Construction Defect Attorney to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled attorney with a focus on construction defect litigation to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities: Represent clients in construction defect cases, managing all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution. Advise clients on risk management and provide strategic legal guidance throughout construction projects. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Handle complex legal research and analysis related to construction defect claims. Collaborate with experts and other professionals to build strong cases for trial or settlement. Maintain regular client communication to ensure satisfaction and manage expectations. Participate in depositions, court appearances, and mediations. Mentor and assist junior attorneys with legal research, case preparation, and trial strategy. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active and good standing bar membership in Texas. Preferably 5 years of experience in construction defect litigation. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present legal concepts clearly and effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
