Your Responsibilities: Deliver top-notch customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries. Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services. Inspect vehicles to identify any issues or areas needing attention. Conduct basic maintenance tasks, including tire rotations and fluid checks. Demonstrate basic computer knowledge and skills. Manage inventory and ensure supplies are readily available. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Requirements: Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions is essential. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while handling multiple tasks. Willingness to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services. Achieve SuperPro certification. Must have reliable transportation. Essential Functions: Inspect and replace car lights and wipers. Check fluid levels and add appropriate fluids. Inspect and replace engine and cabin air filters. Add oil to engines based on vehicle specifications. Remove, rotate, lift, and reinstall tires as needed. Lubricate components of the chassis and driveline. Perform additional cooling and transmission system services. Conduct thorough checks to ensure all services are done correctly. Move between service bays to attend to multiple vehicles. Ascend and descend stairs or catwalks to retrieve parts or perform tasks. Work for extended periods with arms raised when servicing vehicles underneath. Effectively use tools in tight spaces to perform various duties. Communicate clearly and listen accurately to ensure safe and precise service delivery. Work Environment: Work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Exposure to noise levels requiring clear verbal communication. Operate in environments with moving mechanical parts and vehicles, as well as exposure to chemical substances. Function in narrow aisles or passageways, including catwalks.
