Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bilingual Custodial Worker to join our facilities team. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our building(s), while providing support in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with diverse staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal in common areas, restrooms, offices, and exterior grounds

Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and maintenance materials.

Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and meet health code and OSHA standards.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and supply inventory.

Communicate with supervisors, coworkers, and clients in both English and [Spanish or other ].

Report safety hazards or maintenance issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent .

Minimum 1–2 years of custodial or maintenance experience.

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and work with cleaning chemicals safely.

Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Flexible schedule may be required (weekends, holidays).

Work Environment:

Indoor and outdoor environments

Exposure to cleaning agents, dust, and equipment noise

May be required to work in various weather conditions
