Position Summary
We are hiring a Branch Manager to lead our Houston and San Antonio operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of branch performance, including sales, rentals, service, safety, and team development. The ideal candidate has a background in the rental equipment industry, strong sales leadership experience, and a proven ability to manage day-to-day operations.

Location: 12326 Cutten Road, Houston, TX 77066
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Key Responsibilities of a Branch Manager

• Oversee daily branch operations, including sales, rentals, dispatch, service, and safety
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth
• Manage branch budgets, P&L, and cost control measures
• Ensure timely and accurate logistics of equipment delivery, service, and returns
• Maintain company assets including fleet, inventory, and facilities
• Implement strategies to grow market share in the region
• Enforce all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with senior leadership and attend quarterly leadership meetings

What You'll Bring as Branch Manager

• 5-8 years of experience in equipment rentals, pump solutions, or construction equipment industry
• 3+ years of experience in branch or operations management
• 2+ years of sales or account management experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business operations systems
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor/industrial environments
