*Job Summary*

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hands-on building construction, with expertise in all aspects of building construction from wood and steel framing, to interior and exterior remodeling. As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

*Duties*

* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of construction crews on-site. * Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards. * Read and interpret blueprints and plans. * Train crew members and monitor work performance. * Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. * Inspect work to ensure quality and adherence to standards. * Address issues and resolve on-site challenges promptly.

*Qualifications*

* 5+ years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role * Strong knowledge of all phases of construction including framing, remodeling, and site equipment operation * Ability to read and interpret construction documents * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills * OSHA certification (preferred) * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $38.00 per hour
