We are seeking a hands-on *Building Maintenance / Construction Technician* to join our team and support the ongoing upkeep, repairs, and renovation projects across our properties.

*Position Summary:*

As a Maintenance/Construction Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of building maintenance and repair tasks. This includes general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic HVAC troubleshooting. You will ensure that our properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained for tenants and guests.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple residential and commercial rental buildings * Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, basic electrical, and HVAC issues * Complete carpentry tasks such as framing, drywall installation/repair, door/window adjustments, and finish work * Paint and patch interior and exterior surfaces as needed * Assist with renovations, remodeling projects, and unit turnover work * Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies * Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory * Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and standards

*Qualifications:*

* Proven experience in building maintenance, general construction, or a similar role * Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general repairs * Ability to work independently or in a team environment and manage time across multiple locations * Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks * High school diploma or GED required; trade school or certifications a plus

Pay: $21.00 - $25.25 per hour
