Position Overview: As a Business Development Specialist , your primary focus will be lead-generation to support our business development pipeline. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, and setting the stage for successful client engagements. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic and specialized sector of the automotive construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential leads across target industries and markets Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social platforms to engage prospects Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status in CRM Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings for the Business Development team Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaign goals Track market trends and provide insights to inform outreach strategies As duties and responsibilities change, the job description will be reviewed and subject to change. Qualifications: 4–5 years of experience in a business development, sales, or marketing support role Experience or demonstrated interest in the automotive, architecture, construction, engineering (ACE), or design industries is strongly preferred Strong research and communication skills (verbal and written) Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
