Custom Cabinet Shop
Seeking an experienced working Superintendent for a fast-paced commercial cabinet shop. Must be hands-on, dependable and able to lead production crews while maintaining quality and schedules.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support daily commercial casework production
Work alongside shop team to meet deadlines and production goals
Manage workflow, manpower and job priorities
Review drawings, cut lists and job specs
Coordinate materials, hardware and deliveries with the office
Troubleshoot production issues and keep jobs moving.
Qualifications:
Experience in commercial cabinetry/casework
Ability to read shop drawings and plans
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented
Salary based on experience, full-time position.
