Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain composure under pressure.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
