Your Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outbound calls and provide prompt, courteous responses to customer inquiries.
Assist clients with scheduling appointments and following up as needed.
Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain composure under pressure.
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
