Your Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers to ensure effective outreach and engagement.
Develop and execute strategic canvassing plans to meet and exceed company goals.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize team success.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to motivate and enhance team performance.
Build and maintain relationships with homeowners to promote our construction services.

Requirements
