Carpentry/Construction Worker

What You'll Be Doing:
Perform general maintenance tasks, including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry
Drainage work, concrete, asphalt, and exterior repairs
Respond to work orders, emergency calls, and routine maintenance requests
Conduct property inspections and identify safety or maintenance issues
Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working order
Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and sometimes clients
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines
Participates in snow removal operations
You're a Great Fit If You:
Have 2+ years of general grounds or carpentry experience
Have experience using hand tools
Have experience operating heavy equipment and trucks
Have experience with concrete and asphalt
Understand basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Can troubleshoot independently and stay organized on the job
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working indoors/outdoors
Are reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn new skills
An operator's license and/or CDL is highly desirable and will be reflected in salary
