You'll haul equipment and materials to remote job sites, operate machinery when needed, and jump in with your crew to complete tough jobs efficiently. Key Responsibilities- Safely operate and transport materials/equipment using Class A commercial vehicles.- Load and unload job site equipment including trailers, excavators, trenchers, and more.- Support field operations with basic equipment operation and general labor tasks.- Perform minor vehicle and equipment repairs to keep operations moving.- Follow DOT regulations and maintain accurate driving logs and inspection reports.- Assist with job site setups, deliveries, and hauling of aggregate or construction debris.- Participate in crew work including digging, backfilling, and utility line support when needed.- Ensure safety and compliance with all job site protocols and transportation laws.- 90% of travel is required with overnight stay.

Qualifications- 5 years of experience in construction and/or heavy civil transportation roles preferred.- Active Class A CDL and valid Medical Card required.- Strong understanding of construction equipment, load securement, and safety procedures.- Able to operate basic construction equipment is preferred (excavators, skid steers, etc.).- Willingness to perform physical labor and field work as part of a collaborative crew.- Mechanically inclined individuals with troubleshooting skills are highly valued.

Schedule- Full-Time- Monday to Saturday availability with frequent overtime- Remote job site scheduling based on project needs
