We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Estimating Department, specializing in Tank and Pump Construction. The Chief Estimator will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our project bids and ensuring the delivery of precise and competitive estimates. This position is integral to our operations, offering a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the estimating team, ensuring high performance and adherence to project timelines. Develop and implement strategies to improve estimating processes and outcomes. Lead the preparation of estimates for construction and service projects, with a focus on environmental and fuel facility-focused projects. Ensure estimates are accurate, consistent, and submitted in a timely manner for all Construction and Service Business Units. Mentor, motivate, and train team members to enhance their skills and efficiency. Qualifications: Proven estimating experience in construction, environmental, or similar industries, ideally within the Tank and Pump sector. Keen attention to detail paired with the ability to work quickly and efficiently. Experience managing projects with budgets ranging from $25,000 to $5,000,000. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel. Familiarity with Cost Estimating Software is preferred. Ability to read and interpret plans and other project documentation.
