Reporting directly to the owner, you will lead strategic planning, operational execution, financial performance, and risk management across all departments. Your proven leadership in federal / military construction will be critical to optimizing efficiency, reducing risk, and ensuring delivery of safe, timely, and cost-effective projects that exceed client expectations.This is a hands-on executive leadership role -you'll work closely with project teams, guide department heads, and play a key part they company's continued success and growth.Note : To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in federal / military construction . Applications without this experience will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership : Align operations with company goals, identify improvement areas, implement technologies, and drive continuous improvement.Operational Oversight : Lead project management, construction, design, safety, and QA / QC functions.
