Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000 yearly Responsibilities: Estimate time, labor, construction materials, and product costs to determine overall cost for construction projects Produce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for clients and project managers Supply accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs Revisit previously submitted proposal and budgets with clients Collaborate with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors Qualifications: Exceptional time-management, project management, and communication skills are essential Knowledge of data and risk analysis, research methodology, accounting, and estimation metrics is critical A Bachelors’ degree in construction management, civil engineering, accounting, or a related field is required Valid Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) certification from the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) is a plus Extensive experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and construction estimating software About Company DSD Group is a fast-growing and fast-paced work environment that allows individuals to thrive and work with a team of goal-oriented office personnel.
