Job Overview Nova Land Creations LLC is hiring Civil Construction Foremen to lead and coordinate heavy civil field operations across a variety of job sites. This hands-on role includes supervising up to 10 crew members on excavation, earthwork, and utility projects. You will ensure work is executed safely, accurately, and on time-while setting the standard for performance, accountability, and professionalism on the job.

Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.- Plan and assign crew schedules to meet project timelines and staffing needs.- Communicate and explain work orders, project specs, and expectations to crew members.- Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.- Monitor material deliveries, loads, and usage, verifying against work orders.- Perform skilled tasks alongside the crew as needed; lead by example.- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site work problems in collaboration with project managers.- Maintain and submit accurate reports: timesheets, daily logs, inspection results.- Monitor crew safety, enforce OSHA and company safety protocols.- Conduct performance evaluations and mentor less experienced team members.

Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction (earthwork, grading, trenching).- 2+ years of supervisory or foreman experience in a field operations role.- High school diploma or GED (preferred).- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and job specs.- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.- Competency in safety protocols and daily crew management.- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, operate in outdoor environments, and use ladders or scaffolds.- Comfortable standing, walking, kneeling, and working in confined spaces.

Schedule Monday-Friday | Full-Time | Daytime 8-10 hour shifts
