Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction
Are you an experienced professional with a background in heavy civil project management? We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team, specializing in bridge construction, footings, drilling, and concrete projects.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the execution of heavy civil projects, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence. Collaborate with teams to deliver projects on time while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Manage project workflows, including scheduling, procurement, and on-site operations. Contribute to estimating processes to support successful bidding efforts (preferred but not required). Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in heavy civil project management. Expertise in bridge construction, foundations, drilling, or concrete work is a plus. Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple crews effectively.
