Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of excavation and earthwork crews Plan, schedule, and monitor work progress on site Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and project specifications Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers Train and mentor crew members to build a strong, efficient team Operate heavy equipment

Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in civil excavation, earthwork, or heavy civil projects, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, trenching, and utility installation Familiarity with GPS machine control is a plus Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
