REQUIREMENTS

As a Commercial Construction Carpenter, your day involves meticulously measuring, cutting, and fabricating wood components, ensuring precision in every detail. You seamlessly transition to installing cabinets and reading blueprints to understand the project scope, all while being familiar with infrastructure and framework. Your day continues with repairing and modifying damaged structures, installing windows and door frames, and adding the perfect finishing touches. Working within a Hospital/Medical clinic setting, you find fulfillment in repairing offices and lobbies and engaging in small TI builds or room refreshes, ultimately contributing to the comfort and functionality of the facility. 10+ years of journeyman-level workmanship on-site or in the field Knowledge of standard building codes/practices Ability to work in a team environment or alone Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
