Responsibilities:
Lead Estimator for all Drywall-related work Train and mentor junior support estimator Collaborate with Ops Manager (who acts as PM) in the team structure Work under Preconstruction Director overseeing all business units Help maintain and exceed margin targets through accurate estimating Project Types: Commercial Builds, Universities & Institutional, Office Buildings ,Car Dealerships, Retail & Grocery (Tenant Improvements), Warehouses Project Size : Avg. $.75M, up to $5M Software: On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and QuickBid (QB)
Qualifications:
Spent time at a drywall subcontractor Strong commercial estimating experience Interested in growing with a company that values tenure and hands-on trade backgrounds Ready to relocate or already local to St. Louis or Kansas City
