As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate project bids and upholding the company’s reputation for excellence from planning through completion.
Responsibilities: Prepare detailed budgets for commercial construction projects
Utilize conceptual design and value engineering as needed
Develop and manage estimates across multiple projects
Collaborate with clients, field teams, and designers
Present clear reports and budget breakdowns
Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
Bachelor’s in Construction Management (preferred)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
