Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Directly supervise field personnel and direct them in all aspects of production.
* Provide daily updates and meet regularly with the Project Manager.
* Must be able to use a computer/smartphone/tablet efficiently.
* Maintain safe construction practices.
* Ensure quality on all jobs/rectify any deficiencies at a job.
* Travel to job sites to fulfill new installation contracts as per project timelines.
* Project installation Monday-Friday.
* Follow directions and guidance from project lead, site foreman or project manager on job site.
* Work cooperatively with other project staff.
* Review and understand project timelines.
* Dependable and productive outdoor worker.
* Work at heights with proper safety equipment.
* Able to lift to 50 lbs.
* Weekly commute to jobsite.
Education and Experience:
* 5-7+ year Experience in leading construction crews, building, contractor services or related field. Sheet Metal and Carpentry experience is preferred.
* Knowledge and experience with basic hand tools ie: tape measures, screw guns, snips, grinders, and saws.
* Trained and Experienced in operation of construction equipment

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
