The scope of our activities includes: site selection, feasibility study, entitlement, project management, construction management and asset management.
Our team is currently seeking a Construction Manager with the ability to manage a Class A Office renovation project, organize the subcontractors, and oversee the entire construction process in the field. The qualified applicant should have experience with projects ranging from 30,000 SF to 100,000 SF, especially with office renovation work. The Construction Manager will ensure that project plans are implemented, ensure the project is on schedule, ensure that the budget is closely watched and recorded, and will also ensure the quality and successful completion of the project.
Responsibilities: Oversee the entire construction process Read and understand full scope of work through construction drawings and project management meetings Scheduling projects efficiently Organizing subcontractors and workers to ensure they are performing as required Coordinate with subcontractors and complete the project in a timely and efficient manner Quality Control General inspection of the workers for their performance and safety Recording the total costs for materials bought and payments for work done Issue and maintain short term and long term schedules Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents Keeping a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications: 15+ years of experience with commercial property construction Chinese (Mandarin) fluency is a MUST Knowledge of construction principles and practices required Experience with managing different subcontractors and trades Good time management skills Ability to communicate well orally and in writing Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Experience with commercial office building projects Knowledge of construction documents and specs Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, and fiscal management Organizing resources and establishing priorities Experience with working with a Project Management team and successful completion of a project Ability to supervise Ability to schedule and multitask Computer literate
