Job Description

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Oversee site logistics, procurement, and subcontractor performance
• Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Proven success managing ground-up projects with site work valued at $3MM+
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
• Experience with K-12 school construction is highly preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management software and construction documentation
