*Key Job Responsibilities*

* Manage Public Commercial Construction projects in Virginia, DC and Maryland, ensuring schedule adherence and budget control * Review projects with Estimating to verify drawings, review scopes, key trades, budgets, schedules and Owner contracts. * Set up Project Schedule, submittals, lead times, write scopes and buy out trades and finalize budgets * Set up and attend regular project meetings with subs and owners * Responsible for monthly client billing and approving subcontractors’ invoices * Review submittals, RFI’s change orders, drawings, etc. * Visit job sites and review project with Superintendents on a regular basis * Conducts and oversees project close out Responsible for all project planning and mobilization * Responsible for subcontractors and negotiating contracts * Weekly and monthly review reporting and monthly analysis. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and subcontractors * Prepare and submit monthly draw requests consistent with contract documents * Understand and administer prime contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontractor agreements, purchase order agreements, insurance, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
