Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus and Sign-on bonus We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, with bonus consideration for candidates who have K-12 and/or tilt wall construction experience. Responsibilities: Manage all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports. Mentor and guide project teams to deliver results. Qualifications: 5+ years experience in commercial construction project management. Proven track record with ground-up projects; K-12 and/or tilt wall a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Competitive salary and performance bonuses.
