Job Details
As a Project Manager, you’ll be the linchpin that keeps projects running smoothly. Your key responsibilities include:
* Managing all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. * Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. * Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and clear communication. * Identifying potential risks and implementing proactive solutions to mitigate them. * Tracking project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders. * Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and contractual requirements. * Leading project teams with confidence, fostering collaboration, and driving success.
REQUIREMENTS:
* MUST have state, federal and government experience running public projects * Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction. * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and safety regulations. * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and construction documentation. * Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and interact with clients. * A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
