About the Role As a Construction Project Manager, youll take ownership of day-to-day operations for complex construction projects while leading a high-performing team. From planning and execution to financial performance, youll guide your projects using business practices rooted in our core values: people, safety, integrity, innovation, and excellence. Youll receive assignments in the form of strategic objectives and goals, with guidance on how to achieve them. Minimum Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred Experience: 5+ years in electrical construction or related activities in a leadership role, managing multi-million-dollar projects 5+ years managing people and projects in commercial, utility, alternative energy, or data center markets Preferred: Experience with Casino/TI OR Hospital/Biotech/Cleanroom construction projects Other Requirements: Valid state-issued drivers license Satisfactory driving record
