What You’ll Be Doing: Lead Projects Start to Finish: Manage all phases of commercial construction projects — from planning and budgeting to scheduling, execution, and client handoff. Be the Client’s Go-To: Build strong, responsive relationships with clients by anticipating needs, resolving challenges, and keeping communication clear. Team Management: Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver quality projects on time and on budget. Control the Numbers: Own project costs, change orders, and budget performance while protecting margins and value. Drive Quality: Uphold our commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and long-term value on every job site.

What You Bring: Experience: 5–7+ years in commercial construction, either as a PM or Superintendent. Leadership: You're the person teams rely on — clear, composed, and competent. Problem Solver: You see around corners, address risks early, and think creatively under pressure. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Procore and Bluebeam experience is a plus. Professionalism: You carry yourself with integrity and drive — and people notice.
