_*Duties*_:

· Reviewing ITB's to see if project is within our scope of work

· Contacting General Contractors for any new upcoming projects

· Communicating with General Contractors as well as Manufacturers

· Maintaining Bid Schedule

· Takeoffs

· Sending RFI's

· Quoting in Software

· Typing proposals

* Excellent Computer Skills * Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word * Excellent Communication Skills * Extremely Organized * Attention to Detail * Blueprint Reading required * Construction Background required

_*Salary Based on Experience*_
