Job Overview Nonna ADU Construction Inc is seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Construction Salesperson to lead our efforts in expanding commercial sales for our Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and concrete construction services. In this high-impact, commission-based role, you'll generate leads, develop client relationships, and close deals that shape communities and improve living solutions. Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage prospective commercial clients through networking, referrals, outreach, and industry events.- Conduct client consultations to understand project needs and present tailored construction solutions.- Deliver persuasive presentations of Nonna's ADU and concrete construction offerings, emphasizing value and ROI.- Prepare proposals and manage contract negotiations from initial contact to signed agreement.- Nurture long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.- Collaborate closely with marketing to develop sales campaigns and materials targeting commercial prospects.- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay competitive and agile in your approach.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with strong preference for commercial construction or concrete sales.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to assess client needs and translate them into compelling sales proposals.- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently.- Familiarity with ADUs or modular construction is a plus.- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.- Associate's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
