Job Description
The Commercial Construction Superintendent - Belmont will be expected to:
- Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure all work is completed to specifications.
- Resolve any issues that arise during construction in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain open lines of communication among all team members.

The Successful Applicant
The succesful Commercial Construction Superintendent - Belmont candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in construction management software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- OSHA certification and knowledge of safety regulations.
