Job Description
Commercial Construction Superintendent - Danbury, CT
- Oversee all on-site activities for ground-up construction projects.
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely material deliveries.
- Monitor compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality control.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders.
- Problem-solve on-site challenges and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors.
- Ensure accurate project documentation and reports.
