*Responsibilities will include:* * Day-to-day management of projects * Supervision of project teams' execution of project requirements * Plan reading, comprehension, and take-off * Managing change orders and claims * Management of project schedules * Cost control * Problem-solving abilities and a get-it-done attitude * Compiling information and documentation of project contractual requirements * Ability to meet fast-paced and dynamic schedules and deadlines * Preparing reports * Technical knowledge and ability to communicate technical concepts to others * Travel may be required

*Requirements* * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to manage projects under fast-paced deadlines * Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other office software programs utilized for project oversight
