MacDougall Pierce is currently looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent. The primary responsibilities would include:

* Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans * Producing schedules and monitor attendance of crew * Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met * Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget * Resolve problems when they arise in a professional manner * Report progress to Project Manager, Architects, Owners, and others * Maintain customer contact * Create and maintain all appropriate reports for Project Manager * Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and project budgeting, and various reports

Job Requirements:

* Must have minimum of 5 years of verifiable commercial construction superintendent experience * Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with individuals and groups * In-depth knowledge of commercial construction procedures * Ability to read, interpret, and apply blueprints, project manuals, contracts, pictures and any other pertinent information

* Exceptional leadership skills, including ability to mediate in high stress, time sensitive conditions * Proficient with MS Office/Procore/Bluebeam and various construction software * Ability to think creatively, quickly and thoroughly while problem solving * Excellent time management skills and ability to motivate crews for maximum performance with exceptions quality work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
